    Toxic Love

Twin flames: Testimony of my flame Grégory

My name is Gregory. I am the one Hong-Gi called his soulmate and then his twin flame. Following our breakup, I also wanted to share our story. Let our two writings come together here. Hong-Gi’s and mine. I thought it made sense to share this. A meaning for me but also for my twin flame and also for its readers. I thought that the opposite, that is to say keeping it to yourself, made no sense, because on the one hand it was taking away its light (even though it is a beautiful story) and on the other hand not understanding that it could help other people. The encounter The…

    Intuitive watercolor drawing

A new creative world I discovered watercolor painting thanks to my twin flame during my 100 day challenge: healing my emotional wounds and it helped me a lot in my reconstruction. Indeed, I had felt this strong need to develop my creative potential through my childish soul but I was lost because I didn’t know how to do it, having not had much motivation or inspiration for months . So I asked the Universe for help, and two days later my twin flame suggested we meet up to draw together. He talked to me about trying watercolor. I immediately liked it and then a few days later my younger daughter…

Be the captain of your life

Life is an adventure I really like this word “captain”, being the captain of your life, of your ship! I explained on my home page my journey and the reasons why I created this site “Treasures of Life”. Life is a wonderful adventure: navigating and discovering treasure maps and nuggets of happiness with the backdrop of loving yourself fully to be proud of your Personal History. I also mentioned my three main guidelines, those which are the foundations of my personality and which have allowed me to remain positive and to overcome difficulties: keep your child’s soul, keep your smile and cultivate gratitude. I hadn’t written an article on “being…

    Cultivate Gratitude

Say thank you As children, we were instilled in the habit of saying thank you, it is a basic rule of politeness transmitted by our family. Saying thank you means making others understand that we are grateful for what we have received from them: a compliment, a service, a gift, etc. I’m going to talk to you about gratitude. This is different from a simple polite thank you. I discovered the word Gratitude in full awareness thanks to my practice of the 100 day challenge. This allowed me to see life differently because we thank people but we forget to be grateful for the things that life brings us. Although…

    What orientation?

When I was a child, I wanted to be…. a beautiful person !I wanted to have the qualities of my parents, those of my brother and my sister. I idealized a few people and projected myself onto them, because I was convinced that I was uninteresting. I didn’t know what I wanted to do when I grew up. I didn’t like school, which I only attended because it was a compulsory course in order to find a “suitable” job other than working the land. This learning was not at all inspiring for me. Since I was little, I often heard my parents’ sermon: you had to work hard at school to…

    Why write for yourself?

The beauty of your writing Writing has always fascinated me and I have gotten into the habit of applying myself when I write. At school, I loved looking at the writing of my little classmates, especially that of a left-handed Tahitian woman. This intrigued me a lot, I observed her for a long time: the way she positioned her notebook, held her pen, formed pretty little letters. I even tried writing with my left hand to try to “feel” what it feels like to be left-handed. Finding my signature was also something important for me, since it’s like a seal that you put on precious documents and as I’m a…

    What the photo says

We are used to talking about photography as an “art” with its aesthetics, with its rules, that only experienced artists can understand, apply, etc. I would like to talk to you about something completely different: what photography is for me and the way I found to practice it at my level. Photography, history and empathy Photos allow us to go back in time. They are windows that allow us to look into the past. This could be our past, that of strangers, or that of our loved ones. I really enjoyed looking through my parents’ photo album and my father’s military album. This allowed me to imagine their lives a…

    Keeping a smile

People tell me that I have a very nice smile! It’s a compliment that means a lot to me, because smiling is something important to me. The Tahitian smile I have always felt “less” than others. I was a tomboy, childish, naive and reserved; I lacked a lot of self-confidence. The smile was a precious help for me to compensate for my silence and to hide my uneasiness. It allowed me to communicate when I didn’t dare to speak. I grew up in Tahiti, and Tahitians are so cheerful and spontaneous. There, everyone is on first-name terms. Warm, welcoming and smiling, they live intensely in the moment! Tahitians have a…

    The 100 day challenge

Do you know the Lilou Macé 100-day challenge? The principle is simple: you set goals you would like to achieve, you decide on a date to start the challenge, and you commit to doing your best to achieve them for the next 100 days! December 18, 2015 was the date I started my first 100 day challenge. I had been struggling for two years with difficult challenges, and I really couldn’t take it anymore. They didn’t fit my choices and were unfairly imposed on me. I got stuck in negative resentments, my heart filled with explosive emotions. How to get out of this was out of the question for me,…
